1. Information We Collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our EA services and manage your trading accounts:
- Account Information: Gmail address, name, profile picture (via Google sign-in)
- Trading Data: MT5 account numbers, broker names, balance, profit/loss figures
- Usage Data: Membership package, expiry date, number of active ports
- Payment Data: Transaction IDs, amounts, payment status, uploaded payment slips
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to:
- Authenticate you and grant EA access according to your chosen package
- Display real-time MT5 portfolio performance
- Process payments and renew your membership package
- Send status notifications to admins via Telegram
- Improve and maintain the system
3. Data Storage (Google Sheets)
All member data, trading portfolios, and transactions are stored in Google Sheets with strict access control:
- Only the system's Service Account can read/write data
- Google Sheets encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest
- Data is never publicly exposed
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the system to function:
- Session Cookie: Maintains your login state (NextAuth) -- expires after 3 hours
- Local Storage: Stores your language preference and terms acceptance
We do not use cookies for marketing, cross-site tracking, or advertising.
5. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties.
Necessary exceptions:
- Google: Used for sign-in (OAuth) and data storage (Sheets API)
- EasySlip: Used to generate PromptPay QR codes for payments
- Telegram: Used to notify admins of incoming payments
6. Data Security
We implement the following security measures:
- Sign-in via Google OAuth 2.0 -- your password is never stored by us
- Service Account uses the Principle of Least Privilege
- All communication over HTTPS
- Sessions expire automatically after 3 hours
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights:
- Access: View your personal data anytime from the Dashboard
- Modify: Edit your port settings, trading systems, and language preferences
- Delete: Remove linked MT5 accounts yourself, or contact an admin to delete your entire account
- Revoke: Revoke Google OAuth access at Google Account Permissions
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
For significant changes, we will notify you via the Dashboard or email.
